Writing in Room 12

In Room 12 we are learning to use a picture plan to plan our stories. We are learning to write a recount with a beginning, middle and end. We love writing!

We have been learning about Jesus and how he is like a big brother. Check out our Palm sunday display as we get ready for Easter.

   We googled how big a T-Rex's foot was. We used a ruler to make a life sized foot print using paper. We put our shoes inside the foot print. We could fit over 22 shoes inside!

    We found out how big a T-Rex's mouth is. Then we drew its mouth. We used a ruler to help us get the right length and width. We could fit 2 children inside it's mouth.  Some of the teeth were 24 cm long!
